Multi Function Gas Fire Truck

 

Multi Function Gas Fire Truck can solve the problems that other existing fire engines can't handle. The nitrogen can exceed the limitation of other fire extinguishers, and it can be produced continuously to the scene of the accident. The truck can be used in the underground, underground commercial street, subway, tunnel, command room, oil tank, computer lab, library, communication equipment, substation and key cultural conservation, etc. In particular, the truck works perfectly in the enclosed space by fire extinguishment, oxygen isolation, and explosion suppression with high efficiency and zero pollution.

 

I.  Application

 

1.  Underground structures: relatively closed space such as underground commercial street, subway, tunnel, control room and cable pit, etc.;

2.  Petrochemical facilities: petrochemical production unit, fixed roof storage tank, internal floating roof storage tank (steel floating disk, fusible floating disk), oil and gas pipeline, ground tank truck, etc.

 

3. Special scenes: computer lab, library, communication equipment, substation, key cultural protection areal, etc.

 

 II. Features                                                                                                                                 

1.Nitrogen     Cylinder Rack

Increase the capacity of the gas storage effectively than traditional gas fire truck, and it can also improve the fire extinguishing ability by combining nitrogen production equipment.

 

2. Adopt the new modular nitrogen cylinder rack, and it can be replaced or added flexibly, which reduces the working intensity of the installers and improves efficiency.

   

3. Low-pressure Air Supply Pipe

The high-pressure gas pipeline is installed with new combination structure, which is compact, artistic and space-saving, easy installation and disassembling. Each pipeline and the nitrogen cylinder are connected by rubber tub, which will buff effectively during driving and gas discharging.

 

4.Portable  Emergency Nitrogen Air Supply Device

 Fixed emergency nitrogen supply device adopts one or more on-off connectors which connects to multiple air supply pipelines respectively. Safety valve and exhaust switch are added to ensure it is airtight which increase safety.

 

5. The portable emergency nitrogen air supply device is equipped on this truck, configured with one or more vent hose reel, which can output gas with difference pressure and flow, in order to realize stepless adjustment of pressure and flow. It also configures different types of release tubes to increase the combat radius to make the operation wider and better. It is applicable for emergency treatment in relatively closed spaces (effective space ≧ 1600 m3), such as petrochemical production units, fixed roof storage tanks, internal floating storage tanks (steel floating plates, fusible floating plates), oil and gas pipelines, ground tank truck, cable wells, etc. It could be used alone or in combination with foam and dry powder liquid jet cooling for dilution, suppression, isolation, suffocation and cooling.

 

6. The configured intelligent control system could control the nitrogen cylinder sets separately and operate one or more sets of nitrogen cylinder separately or simultaneously, which make the control easier and clearer.

This vehicle is equipped with nitrogen cylinder set which has the capacity of 4800L (nitrogen release ≧520 m3);

High-pressure pipeline supplies 12-15 MPa high-pressure nitrogen;

Fixed emergency nitrogen supply device adopts multiple on-off connector so that it could provide with air supply for multiple pipelines;

Portable emergency nitrogen supply device could supply nitrogen at different pressure level from 01-1.4 MPa;

Intelligent control system could operate one or more sets of nitrogen cylinder separately or simultaneously.
