Nitrogen Fire Truck

 

Nitrogen Fire Truck is used to produce nitrogen with purity of 95%-99%, which can be directly extracted from the air. The truck is equipped with a nitrogen compression device and it can pressurize high-purity nitrogen to 15 MPa, which is suitable for filling high-pressure gas cylinders for ordinary dry powder trucks and gas fire engines. 

 

With 3 DN40 low-pressure nitrogen outlets, it can be directly used for firefighting, suppression, inerting protection and explosion protection of oil tanks, tunnels, ships and underground warehouses. It can also provide compressed air foam system fire truck with nitrogen. 

 

The truck is widely used in putting out large fire with suffocation method, such as oil tanks, tunnels, underground commercial streets, underground warehouses, ships and subway, etc.

1. Fast production of large flow nitrogen

Producing qualified purity of nitrogen within 5 minutes after setting the nitrogen concentration level.

The maximum nitrogen production flow rate can reach 510 m3/h, and at the concentration level of 97%, the flow rate is 300 m3/h.

 

2.  Safe and pollution-free

Nitrogen is an inert gas, so it could suffocate and suppress explosion. Also, nitrogen is non-conductive, clean gas, so it is god to extinguish class A, B, C and D fire.

Quick-plug standard interface is applied to all nitrogen vents, which can be quickly connected to the hose, nitrogen production device and inflatable outlet to improve efficiency.
