Self-Propelled Fire Extinguishing Module

 

Self-Propelled Fire Extinguishing Module is built on a remote-control self-propelled chassis, equipped with 200 liters of large flow diesel engine fire pump with lift of 140m, capped with 200 liters of large flow monitor. The module is an alternative to the diesel engine fire pump and remote monitor, and the module could move by remote control, or attach to other truck as a trailer for long-distance transportation to the scene. The module has the function of replay distance pressurization, fire extinguishing, flood control and drainage, etc.

 

The module is driven by an environmental-friendly electric motor. The remote could control the module to move forward, backward, turning and stopping, and it is equipped with charging device. This product can be used as relay pressurization for long-distance water supply system and can also be used as an independent fire extinguishing agent.

 

1. Configuration：

1.1 Diesel engine fire pump set: the flow rate is 18,000 L/min at 1.0MPa at; 12,000 L/min at 1.4MPa.

1.2 Monitor: flow rate at 12,000 L/min, with distance up to 120 meters.                                                                         

                                        

2. Features:

Self-propelled and trailer, air brake and electronic brake. When moving long distance, the module will be attached as a trailer and moving at the maximum speed of 50 km/h and adopts air brake which synchronizes with the tractor. When towing, the maximum climbing angle is no less than 30%. When arriving at the rescue scene, self-propelled model is activated, and electric brake is used to ensure safety. The maximum walking speed is 5 km/h, and it could drive at the maximum climbing angle no less than 15% for 10 km.

 

3. Functions: pressurization, firefighting, flood control and drainage, etc.

3.1 Pressurization: diesel engine fire pump unit can pressurize the long-distance water supply system to a range greater than 1500 meters.

3.2 Firefighting: monitor sprays fire extinguishant.

3.3 Flood control: eliminate the flood by means of self-mounted equipment, such as primer pump, suction pipes, fire pumps, hoses or fire monitor.

4.2 Large fire extinguishing.
