Fire pump of fire truck is used in fire fighting, water treatment, environmental protection and other departments to pump all kinds of liquids. Following are some matters needing attention and maintenance of fire pump for fire truck.
A. Inspection before starting fire pump of fire truck
1. Check the flow valve switch and whether the corresponding return valve switch meets the requirements.
(1) In daily pump test, the return valve should be fully opened and the valve group should be in the closed position. Try 1# foam pump and 2# pump foam outlet, you need to close Vp111, Vp112, and Vp212 three foam tank inlet valves, open the Px021 return valve to start the pump; try 2# pump water outlet, 3#, 4# fire engine fire truck fire pump when you need to open the Px011 return valve to start the pump. After the test pump is completed, all valves will be restored to the specified state.
(2) when an emergency or fire drill takes place, the valve group should open the valve corresponding to the location of the fire water (foam), and the return valve is closed.
(3) The pump inlet valve must have a normal opening, and the outlet valve is in the closed position.
2. The clutch handle for checking vacuum suction device should be in the "clutch" position.
3. Open the vent valve and let the float assembly reset and close the vent valve.
B. Operation steps of starting and stopping fire pump of fire truck
1. After starting the pump, check the running current of the motor and the normal operation of the pump. If there is any abnormality, stop the pump immediately.
2. Observe the pressure gauge at the pump outlet. When the pressure gauge pointer reaches the rated working pressure and is stable, gradually open the outlet valve to make the pump work at the rated state as far as possible.
3. After the pump is normally watered, the clutch handle of the vacuum suction device is moved to the "minute" position.
4. Observe the pressure of the valve group. The pressure of the clear water valve group is kept at about 0.8Mpa, and the foam valve group is kept at 1.0Mpa. If the pressure can not be maintained, the pump outlet and return valve can be properly adjusted to control the pressure.
5. The temperature of the bearing of the pump and motor should be checked frequently. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75 degrees. The working current of the motor should be checked within the normal range.
6. After stopping the pump, all valves will be restored to normal state according to the schematic requirements of the opening and closing states of the valves.
7. Move the clutch handle of vacuum suction device to the position of "clutch", open the vent valve, and reset the float assembly, so as to be ready for battle.
8. If the pressure of the pump returns to 0.4 Mpa immediately after start-up, the normal water outlet cannot be achieved. At this time, the pump should be stopped immediately, and the bleed valve should be opened to reset the float assembly, then the float assembly can be restarted.
9. Normally, 1 # and 2 # pressure stabilizing pumps ensure that one is in working state and one is in standby state.
C. Maintenance and maintenance of fire pump for fire truck
1. Check every shift to ensure that the power supply and circuit of the fire fighting system are smooth and the electrical equipment is in good condition.
2. Pump once per shift, the coupling should be light and even, no abnormal noise and record.
3. Check the lubricating oil level in the vacuum suction device on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th of each month. The refueling position is in the center line of the oil window or slightly below the center line. Start the fire pump of the fire engine, check the time of water supply of the pump and record it. The 1st and 2nd pumps run for 15 minutes and the 3rd and 4th pumps run for 5 minutes.
4. Check the operation of the floating ball assembly after starting the pump. There should be no water in the exhaust hose. If there is water, the float seal must be replaced.
5. After starting the pump, check whether the size of the vacuum suction device seal is tight and whether the exhaust is normal.
6. Check the sealing degree of packing after starting the pump. Leakage should not exceed 10-30 drops/min.
7. Check the lubricating oil in every part of the pump regularly to ensure the normal operation of the lubricating system.
8. Check regularly whether the joints are tight or loose.
