Fault: Fire truck power take-off can not be off gear after hanging up
Possible reasons:
1. Damage of the solenoid valve of the dynamometer
2. Cylinder does not return
3. Gear oil deterioration
4. Low oil level
Exclusion methods:
1. Remove the intake pipe of the power take-off device. If there is air discharge, it is determined that the electromagnetic valve of the power take-off device damages the normal ventilation and causes the power take-off device to be out of gear.
2. When the vehicle is not in start-up state, repeatedly hang up the power take-off gear and listen to whether the solenoid valve of the power take-off has normal exhaust. If the exhaust is normal, then judge that the power take-off cylinder does not return.
3. Check whether the gear oil is deteriorated. If it deteriorates, it will cause non-lubrication, which will make the power take-off gear unable to disengage.
4. Open the top cover of the power take-off to check the oil level. If it is too low, gear oil should be added. At the same time, remove the screw of the oil spill hole on the side of the power take-off until there is oil spill in the remaining light.
