Crew room: Always check whether the warning lights, sirens and various electrical appliances, switches, insurance, etc. are intact and complete, whether the specifications of the fuses meet the regulations, and whether the various switches are flexible and effective, otherwise they should be repaired, maintained and replaced.
Container: Since the container has been in a state full of fire extinguishing agent for many years, the immersion of the fire extinguishing agent has a certain degree of corrosion on the container. Therefore, the container should be inspected regularly or regularly. Once rust is found, effective measures should be taken in time. Anti-corrosion treatment measures to prevent rust spots from expanding. The common treatment method is to clean the rusted parts, and after fully drying, apply epoxy resin paint.
Other valves and pipelines related to the tank should also be checked regularly, and any problems found should be dealt with in time.
Equipment box: Always check whether there is water in the equipment box, whether the curtain door opening and closing is flexible, whether it is deformed or damaged, whether there is a lack of oil in the door chute, and add grease if necessary. Pump room: Whether the facilities in the pump room are complete and intact, and if there is any water or oil stains, they should be cleaned up. At the same time, check whether the water and oil stains are caused by the leakage of the fire protection system, so as to find the problem early and give repairs.
Power take-off, drive shaft: check whether the oil level and oil quality of the power take-off are normal, and supplement or replace if necessary; whether the power take-off is running normally, whether there is abnormal noise, whether the gear shifting and separation are proper, and whether there is any obstruction Stagnation or automatic disengagement, dismantle and repair it if necessary. Check if there is any abnormal noise from the pump drive shaft. Check the fasteners for looseness or defects. Add grease to the rotating and sliding parts of each ten-byte and spline shaft.
Fire pump: Every 3-6 hours of fire pump work, the rotating parts should be filled with grease once. Apply grease to the threads of the water inlet and outlet of the fire pump and cover the cap.
Fire monitors and pipelines: After each use, the fire monitors and pipelines need to be inspected, mainly inspecting the fasteners, interfaces, and rotating parts, and promptly deal with any problems found. And often or regularly add grease to each rotating part.
Medium (high) pressure reel and medium (high) pressure gun: Whether the hose of the reel is broken, cracked, interface, valve is intact; whether the rotation and take-up mechanism are flexible and easy to operate; whether there is dry grinding (oil shortage) At present, whether the seal of the gun interface is intact and whether each operating mechanism is flexible and effective should be filled with lubricant in time for maintenance.
Additional electrical appliances and instruments: whether the warning lights, siren system, equipment box lights, pump room lights, solenoid valves, liquid level indicators, digital tachometers, and various instruments, switches, etc. can work normally; if there is a malfunction, they should be eliminated in time , So as not to affect the use; whether the fuse specifications of each part of the electrical circuit meet the requirements of the regulations, whether there is an increase in the size or the replacement of copper wire, if there is, the cause should be investigated and eliminated.
