Repair and clean up the radiator of the fire truck.

The radiator of a fire truck is a very important accessory equipment, because when the vehicle is supplying water, the engine can continue to provide power under high load, and this requires a good operation of the radiator, otherwise the temperature of the engine will become higher and higher. Cause a bad influence on oneself. Therefore, it is necessary to perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the radiator.

   1. The finishing of the radiator in the sink. Remove the fire truck radiator, wash the external dirt with clean water and blow dry with compressed air, then place it in a container containing 10%-15% (mass fraction) sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, and heat to keep the temperature at 80-90 Degree, soak for about 0.5h, take out the radiator and put it in a clean water tank for cleaning. For radiators with serious scale, use a welding torch to heat the weld to remove the upper water chamber, remove the scale with a saw blade, and rinse with water while descaling. The water pipes should also be dredged to ensure that the pipes are unimpeded. After dredging the water pipes, restore the water room to its original position.

   2. Check the leakage of the radiator. Install the fire truck radiator detector on the radiator cover, and apply a pressure of 120-180kpa to the radiator to check the leakage of the coolant. If there is a leak, it is necessary to repair it.

   3. Check the radiator cover and exhaust valve. Install the fire truck radiator detector on the radiator cover, pump the pressure detector until the exhaust valve opens and stop, and then check its sealing function and the opening pressure of the exhaust valve. When the standard value is 85~150kpa, the valve should be in an open state. When the pressure on the radiator cover is lower than 60kpa and the limit, the pressure should not drop sharply. If it does not meet the ji limit, replace the radiator cap.

   4. Check the quality of coolant. Dip a little of the coolant in the radiator with your fingers to check the oil content and scale layer in the coolant.

If the fire truck is always in a good state of preparation, it is necessary to do a good job in the daily maintenance and management of the smooth system, and play an active role in emergency rescue and disaster relief on the basis of ensuring that the mechanical parts are fully smooth. The lubricating system mainly protects the oil filter, oil pan, oil pump and other components. Regularly checking the lubricating oil of these components can effectively ensure the normal operation of the lubricating system.
